Terms of Service

1. The academy

Clutchpoint Esports Academy provides esports education: courses, live classes, 1-on-1 coaching, guides and tournaments. Courses and coaching are launching soon; pre-registration reserves early access and does not charge you anything.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. Players under 16 need guardian consent for paid coaching. Tournament eligibility may carry additional per-event rules, which are published on the Events page.

3. Fair play

Cheating, account sharing for rank boosting, smurfing in beginner brackets, harassment and hate speech lead to removal from sessions, events and the platform. Coaches are held to the same code, with immediate de-verification for violations.

4. Coaching sessions

Sessions run at mutually scheduled times. Reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before; later cancellations forfeit the session credit. If a coach misses a session, you receive a replacement session plus a credit.

5. Events

Brackets, lobbies and match schedules are final once published, except where an admin corrects a seeding error. Prize and scholarship details for each event are announced with that event — nothing in these terms promises a specific prize pool.

6. Payments

Paid plans go live at launch with founding-member rates for pre-registered players. Until a payment gateway is connected and plans are published, nothing on this site can be purchased.

7. Content

Course material, guides and broadcasts are Clutchpoint property for your personal learning use. Your gameplay footage reviewed in coaching remains yours; we use anonymised clips for teaching only with your permission.

8. Liability

Rank improvement depends on practice — we guarantee structured coaching, not a specific rank. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question.
