1. What we collect

When you pre-register, apply as a coach or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, game and platform preferences, and — for coach applications — your competitive history. We also receive basic technical data (device type, pages visited) that helps us keep the site fast and secure.

2. How we use it

• To hold your place on the pre-registration list and send launch invites.
• To review coach applications and run trial sessions.
• To operate tournaments and events you enter.
• To reply to support requests.

3. What we never do

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data. We never share it with advertisers. Any service provider we use (for example, email delivery) only receives what is strictly needed to perform its job.

4. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies: one to remember your currency preference and anonymous analytics that help us understand which pages players find useful. No advertising trackers.

5. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to support@clutchpoint.gg. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

Pre-registration details are kept until launch plus 24 months so founding-member benefits can be honoured. Unsuccessful coach applications are deleted within 12 months unless you ask us to keep you on file.

7. Children

Players under 13 need a parent or guardian to pre-register on their behalf. Coaching for under-16 players includes guardian-visible scheduling and session summaries.
